Moderation is key.

Stopping when your hunger is gently sated.

You can eat the foods that you like. But it must be a significantly smaller portion than what you used to eat.

This is tough and takes some training and discipline but becomes easier when implemented as a lifestyle.

(Tip: It also becomes easier when you see the results of it working)

If I could change anything about myself?

I would change how easily overwhelmed I am and I would make myself so driven that I laugh in the face of defeat and push as hard as possible until I conqueredwhateverit was that was defeating me.

The things I primarily suffer with is school and losing weight.

Sometimes, I just hate myself. And I want to give up. But, I know that if I did I would never forgive myself…

I dunno, rambling I guess..

Big Move just a month away..

Moving is stressful but kinda’ awesome because I am expelling useless junk. I am also trying to expel useless lbs…I want this to be an amazing new chapter. Sans junk. Sans lbs.
